FLX FUEL: FLX's Signature Shakeology Bites
Makes about 16-20 bites
These were a huge hit last week as we celebrated several FLX birthdays!!
Easy to make.
And... GOOD for you!!
This is one of the best post-workout snacks out there too!
1 packet or scoop of Shakeology
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey (we use a combo of honey & maple syrup)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (or raisins)
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix all together (hands work best)
- Form into bite-size balls
- Refrigerate until firm
- Store in refrigerator for a week (or freezer up to 2 weeks)
2 bites = 1 serving
