Here are 3 tips to help you stay Summer-Fit!
1. Water, Water, Water.
The heat from the summer sun should be met with many cool drinks of water. Divide your bodyweight (lbs) by 2 to give you the baseline recommendation of ounces to consume each day. Be sure to add a few (10+) extra ounces to make up for any excess sweat. And, NO, drinks with umbrellas do not count.
2. Move, Move, Move.
Be consistent with your current workout plan. Don’t worry so much about the what, just move your body. Be active and push your body to do a little more than hold up a palm tree.
3. Fun, Fun, Fun.
Enjoy yourself! It’s that simple. If you are happy and smiling, life is good. And, that’s the point. Enjoy every moment doing the things you love with the people you love more!
